Welcome to the Ambu-Net, Inc.’s website. By using this website (“Site”), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern the relationship between you and Ambu-Net, Inc., the provider of the Site. The terms “Provider”, “us” or “we” refer to the owner of the Site, Ambu-Net, Inc., whose office address is 10101 Southwest Freeway, Suite 400, Houston, TX 77074. The term “you”, “user”, “users”, or “member” refer to the user or viewer of our Site. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
The use and the Site is subject to the following terms of use:
1. The content of the pages of the Site is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
2. The Site is intended for private use only, to connect Emergency Medical Technicians (“EMT”) and Ambulance Service Providers for the purposes for work, business and networking. Commercial activities of any other business is prohibited on the Site.
3. Your use of any information or materials on the Site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Site meet your specific requirements.
4. By accessing and using our Site, you agree to be bound by the terms in our Privacy Policy which can be accessed by following the link.
5. The trademarks, logos and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of Provider and other parties. You are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including, but not limited to use as metatags on other pages or Sites on the World Wide Web without the written permission of Provider or such third party which may own the Marks. All information and content located on the Site is protected by copyright. You are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works or using any content available on or through the Site for commercial or public purposes. This includes but is not limited to the layout, look, appearance and graphics. Unauthorized use of the Provider Site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
6. You may provide links to the Site, provided (a) that you do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, advertisements, the copyright notice, or other notices on the Site, (b) your site does not engage in illegal or pornographic activities, and (c) you discontinue providing links to the Site immediately upon request by us
7. At the sole discretion of Provider, advertisements will be allowed on the site only by approved vendors who have purchased allotted spaces and the right to use the Site to promote their business.
8. Provider reserves the right to suspend, revoke or cancel membership of users who violate our terms and conditions.
9. Users without valid licenses will be denied subscriber only access on the Site and app. Users who allow their license to lapse will have their subscription cancelled. Provider may recommend renewal for Users who licenses lapse.
10. Users will have their access and membership to the Site restored upon renewal of the license.
11. In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), no patient information will be collected, shared, saved, or transferred on the Site.
12. Provider reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel accounts and subscriptions for violation of HIPAA.
13. The Site provides a platform to connect EMTs with EMS providers. Provider is not responsible in any way for the conduct or job responsibilities of it Users, nor any communications, payments and service delivery between medics and providers.
14. You agree that Provider, its affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including without limitation lost profits, cost of procuring substitute service or lost opportunity) arising out of or in connection with the delay or inability to use the Site or a linked Site, or with the delay or inability to use the Site or a linked Site, even if Provider is made aware of the possibility of such damages. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect your equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or interconnect problems (e.g., you cannot access your internet service provider), unauthorized access, theft, operator errors, strikes or other labor problems. Provider cannot and does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the Site.
15. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
16. We do not represent or warrant that the Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Site at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site.
17. You may not under any circumstance take any action that interferes with other parties’ use of the Site.
18. Your use of this Site and any dispute arising out of such use of the Site is subject to the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America and applicable federal law without regard to conflicts of laws principles.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

AMBU-PAY PAYMENT SYSTEM

AMBU-PAY SUBSCRIPTION

1. PROVIDER OFFERS THE “AMBU-PAY” PAYMENT SYSTEM, WHICH CONSISTS OF THE “SUBSCRIPTION” AND THE “PAY AS YOU GO” MODEL, USERS (MEDICS AND EMS PROVIDER) ARE FREE TO CHOOSE WHICH PAYMENT MODEL FITS THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS MAY BE OFFERED ON A MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, OR ANNUAL TERM.
TRIAL PERIOD: ALL NEW USERS ARE ENTITLED TO A FREE 30-DAY TRIAL PERIOD OF PROVIDER’S “MYAMBUNET APP”. A VALID PAYMENT METHOD MUST BE PRESENTED AT SIGN UP TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE USER'S ACCOUNT. AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE 30-DAY TRIAL PERIOD, THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED ON A RECURRING BASIS FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTHS SUBSCRIPTIONS, USERS ARE FREE TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THEIR 30-DAY FREE TRIAL.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION: THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE RENEWED AT THE END OF 30 DAYS BY AUTOMATIC CHARGE TO THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE, SUBSCRIBERS ARE FREE TO UPGRADE A NEW PLAN AT THE DURATION OF THEIR CURRENT PLAN. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. IF A MEMBER CANCELS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION DURING A BILLING CYCLE, THE ACCOUNT WILL STAY ACTIVE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE BILLING CYCLE. PARTIAL REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. SUBSCRIBER’S ACCOUNT INFORMATION MAY BE RETAINED BY PROVIDER AFTER ANY CANCELLATION BECOMES EFFECTIVE. IF SUBSCRIBER CHOOSES TO RENEW THEIR SUBSCRIPTION AFTER CANCELLATION, PROVIDER MAY USE THE BILLING INFORMATION ON FILE.
QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION: A PLAN WHICH IS BILLED EVERY THREE MONTHS. SUBSCRIBERS TO THE QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENROLLED IN AUTOMATIC BILLING WITH PAYMENTS CHARGED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE. SUBSCRIBERS CAN OPT OUT OF AUTOMATIC BILLING AND CHOOSE TO MAKE PAYMENTS MANUALLY, IN WHICH CASE, PROVIDER MAY SEND REMINDERS TO THE SUBSCRIBER PRIOR TO THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE. QUARTERLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE REFUNDABLE FOR UP TO TWO MONTHS IF CANCELED WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF USE. FOR CANCELLATIONS WHICH ARE PLACED AFTER A MONTH OF USE, THE SECOND MONTH IS ASSUMED TO HAVE BEEN USED, WHICH GUARANTEES ONLY THE LAST MONTH’S REFUND TO BE RETURNED. PROVIDER DOES NOT OFFER PRORATED REFUNDS. ONLY MONTHLY REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ON ALL ACCOUNT TYPES. ACCOUNTS CANCELLED WITHIN THE THIRD MONTH ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND. ALL ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS CANCELLED WITHIN A BILLING CYCLE WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE BILLING CYCLE AND CLOSED AFTER THE BILLING CYCLE EXPIRES. PROVIDER MAY RETAIN PROFILE DETAILS ON ALL ACCOUNTS FOR A DURATION OF TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PROVIDER.
YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION: A PLAN WHICH IS BILLED ON A YEARLY BASIS. SUBSCRIBERS TO THE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN AUTOMATIC BILLING WITH PAYMENTS CHARGED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH BILLING CYCLE. SUBSCRIBERS CAN OPT OUT OF AUTOMATIC BILLING AND CHOOSE TO MAKE PAYMENTS MANUALLY, IN WHICH CASE, PROVIDER MAY SEND REMINDERS TO THE SUBSCRIBER PRIOR TO THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE. YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 11 MONTHS. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF USE, REFUNDS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ALL REMAINING UNUSED MONTHS. ACCOUNTS WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR THE DURATION OF THE BILLING CYCLE IN WHICH THE ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED, HOWEVER PROVIDER MAY LIMIT ACCESS FOR CANCELED ACCOUNTS. PROVIDER MAY RETAIN PROFILE DETAILS ON ALL ACCOUNTS FOR A DURATION OF TIME TO BE DETERMINED BY AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PROVIDER.
3. THE BENEFITS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ARE AVAILABLE ONLY WHILE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND SPECIFIC TO THE INDIVIDUAL USER. YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD MAY ONLY BE USED BY YOU. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD, AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES THAT OCCUR UNDER YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD.
5. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO MODIFY ITS SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND BILLING METHODS.
6. AS PROVIDER CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ITS BUSINESS, IT MIGHT SELL OR BUY OTHER COMPANIES OR ASSETS OR BE ACQUIRED OR HAVE SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS ACQUIRED BY A THIRD PARTY. IN SUCH TRANSACTIONS, CUSTOMER INFORMATION GENERALLY IS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED BUSINESS ASSETS. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION AS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED ASSETS AND TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE ALLOWED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
7. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR MODIFY THE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AT ANY TIME.

8.A monthly platform fee of $5 is deducted automatically for every active account every month, for running the platform as a service to Ambu-net customers.

AMBU-PAY- PAY AS YOU GO:


PAY AS YOU GO: ALL USERS OF THE PLATFORM WHO OPT TO USE THE PAY AS YOU GO MODEL OF THE AMBU-PAY SYSTEM, ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID PAYMENT METHOD AT SIGN UP, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY TRANSACTIONS ON THE PLATFORM.


EMS PROVIDERS(USER):


  1. ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID PAYMENT METHOD AT SIGNUP, TO BE CHARGED FOR EVERY TRANSACTION ON THE AMBU-NET PLATFORM, FOR EVERY JOB POSTED ON THE PLATFORM, A 5% SERVICE CHARGE IS ADDED TO THE TOTAL TO BE PAID TO THE EMT WHO COMPLETES THE JOB, THE TOTAL IS REMITTED TO THE AMBU-NET ACCOUNT VIA THE THIRD PARTY SYSTEM AND HELD UNTIL THE POSTED JOB IS COMPLETED BY THE EMT, AFTER WHICH THE EMS PROVIDER AUTHORIZES AMBU-NET TO PAY THE EMT, BY CLICKING THE COMPLETE BUTTON IN THE MYAMBUNET APP, ALL PAYMENTS AUTHORIZED BY EMS PROVIDERS ARE FINAL, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR FUNDS REMITTED TO EMT’S ON BEHALF OF EMS PROVIDER FOR COMPLETED JOBS.


  1. REFUNDS: JOBS POSTED BY EMS PROVIDERS WITH AMBU-NET’S 5% PAID FOR POSTING, WITH NO ENGAGEMENT AFTER THE POSTED START TIME LAPSE, THE EMS PROVIDER IS ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND WHEN REQUESTED, OTHERWISE THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL REMAIN IN THE AMBU-NET THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT FOR USE BY THE EMS PROVIDER FOR THE NEXT CALL WHICH WILL THEN BE POSTED DIRECTLY BY AMBU-NET ADMIN. EMS PROVIDER REQUESTING A REFUND FOR JOBS POSTED WITH THE AMBU-NET 5% SERVICE CHARGE PAID, BUT CANCELS 12 HOURS BEFORE JOB COMMENCEMENT, WILL GET THEIR FULL REFUND LESS THE SERVICE CHARGE PAID. EMS PROVIDER WHO CANCELS TWO APPROVED JOBS WITHIN 24HRS, ARE ENTITLED TO THEIR FULL REFUND LESS THE SERVICE CHARGE PAID FOR THE TRANSACTIONS.


  1. A MONTHLY PLATFORM FEE OF $5 IS DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY FOR EVERY ACTIVE EMS PROVIDER ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH, FOR RUNNING THE PLATFORM AS A SERVICE TO AMBU-NET CUSTOMERS.


  1. PENALTIES: ANY JOB APPROVED BY EMS PROVIDER, THEN CANCELLED 12 HOURS BEFORE THE JOB COMMENCES, THE PROVIDER WILL GET THEIR REFUND IF REQUESTED BUT WILL FORFEIT, THE AMBU-NET 5% CHARGED FOR THE TRANSACTION. EMS PROVIDER WHO CANCELS UP TO TWO JOBS APPROVED WITHIN 24HRS OF APPROVAL OF FIRST JOB AND COMMENCEMENT OF THE SECOND JOB WILL FORFEIT THE AMBU-NET 5% CHARGED FOR THE TRANSACTIONS AND AN ADDITIONAL 5% OF THE TOTAL TRANSACTION CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HRS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE.


  1. EMS PROVIDERS WHO DECIDE TO SWITCH FROM THE AMBU-PAY- PAY AS YOU GO TO THE AMBU-PAY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE PLAN CHOSEN UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR YEARLY PLAN).


  1. THE BENEFITS OF YOUR PAY AS YOU GO PLAN ARE AVAILABLE ONLY WHILE YOUR PLAN IS ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING.


  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS TO THE PAY AS YOU GO ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND SPECIFIC TO THE INDIVIDUAL USER. YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD MAY ONLY BE USED BY YOU. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD, AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES THAT OCCUR UNDER YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD.


  1. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO MODIFY ITS PAY AS YOU GO FEES AND BILLING METHODS.


  1. AS PROVIDER CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ITS BUSINESS, IT MIGHT SELL OR BUY OTHER COMPANIES OR ASSETS OR BE ACQUIRED OR HAVE SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS ACQUIRED BY A THIRD PARTY. IN SUCH TRANSACTIONS, CUSTOMER INFORMATION GENERALLY IS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED BUSINESS ASSETS. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION AS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED ASSETS AND TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE ALLOWED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.


  1. CANCELLATION: USERS ARE FREE TO CANCELLED THEIR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, THERE ARE NO PAYMENT CONTRACT TERMS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL ACCOUNT TYPES ON OUR PLATFORM, ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS OWED TO THE PROVIDER ARE EXPECTED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION, ALL DEBTS OWED TO US WILL BE ACQUIRED BY ALL LEGAL MEANS ALLOW BY APPROPRIATE LAWS.


  1. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETAIN THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION OF USERS WHO CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNT UNTIL SUCH A TIME, DETERMINED BY PROVIDER IT IS NO LONGER RELEVANT TO ITS BUSINESS INTERESTS.


  1. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES OR MODIFY THE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY AT ANY TIME.



EMT (USER):

  1. ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID PAYMENT METHOD AT SIGNUP, TO BE CHARGED FOR EVERY TRANSACTION ON THE AMBU-NET PLATFORM. FOR EVERY JOB ACCEPTED AND COMPLETED BY EMT’S (USER), THAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR PAYMENT BY AMBU-NET ON BEHALF OF EMS PROVIDER (USER), THERE IS A 5% AMBU-NET SERVICE CHARGE DEDUCTED BEFORE REMITTANCE IS MADE TO EMT ACCOUNT.


  1. A MONTHLY PLATFORM FEE OF $5 IS DEDUCTED AUTOMATICALLY FOR EVERY ACTIVE EMT ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH, FOR RUNNING THE PLATFORM AS A SERVICE TO AMBU-NET CUSTOMERS.


  1. PENALTIES: EVERY JOB ACCEPTED BY EMT’S, APPROVED BY EMS PROVIDER, THAT IS A NO CALL NO SHOW, WITHOUT OFFICIALLY VERIFIABLE REASONS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE ACCOUNT OF THE MEDIC INVOLVED AT 10% OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE PAYMENT INVOLVED.


  1. ABANDONMENT: JOBS THAT ARE ABANDONED BY MEDICS IN THE MIDDLE OF A SHIFT WITH VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE, WILL RECEIVE A CHARGE TO THE MEDICS ACCOUNT AT 10% OF THE TOTAL SHIFT VALUE OR THE VALUE OF THE REMAINING HOURS OF THE SHIFT ABANDONED, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. ALSO THE MEDIC WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE AUTHORITIES FOR ABANDONMENT.


  1. MEDICS WHO ARE A “NO CALL NO SHOW” OR ABANDONMENT, THREE TIMES IN A CALENDAR MONTH, WILL HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED AFTER PENALTIES, UNTIL SUCH A TIME AS THE PROVIDER (AMBU-NET) DETERMINE IS APPROPRIATE FOR A READMISSION INTO THE AMBU-NET NETWORK.


  1. EMT (USER) WHO DECIDE TO SWITCH FROM THE THE AMBU-PAY- PAY AS YOU GO TO THE AMBU-PAY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT FOR THE PLAN CHOSEN UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN (MONTHLY, QUARTERLY OR YEARLY PLAN).


  1. THE BENEFITS OF YOUR PAY AS YOU GO PLAN ARE AVAILABLE ONLY WHILE YOUR PLAN IS ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING.


  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS TO THE PAY AS YOU GO ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND SPECIFIC TO THE INDIVIDUAL USER. YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD MAY ONLY BE USED BY YOU. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING AND PROTECTING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD, AND ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES THAT OCCUR UNDER YOUR USER ID AND PASSWORD.


  1. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO MODIFY ITS PAY AS YOU GO FEES AND BILLING METHODS.


  1. AS PROVIDER CONTINUES TO DEVELOP ITS BUSINESS, IT MIGHT SELL OR BUY OTHER COMPANIES OR ASSETS OR BE ACQUIRED OR HAVE SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF ITS ASSETS ACQUIRED BY A THIRD PARTY. IN SUCH TRANSACTIONS, CUSTOMER INFORMATION GENERALLY IS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED BUSINESS ASSETS. YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF YOUR INFORMATION AS ONE OF THE TRANSFERRED ASSETS AND TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE ALLOWED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.


  1. CANCELLATION: USERS ARE FREE TO CANCELLED THEIR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME, THERE ARE NO PAYMENT CONTRACT TERMS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL ACCOUNT TYPES ON OUR PLATFORM, ALL OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS OWED TO THE PROVIDER ARE EXPECTED TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION, ALL DEBTS OWED TO US WILL BE ACQUIRED BY ALL LEGAL MEANS ALLOW BY APPROPRIATE LAWS.


  1. PROVIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETAIN THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION OF USERS WHO CANCEL THEIR ACCOUNT UNTIL SUCH A TIME, DETERMINED BY PROVIDER IT IS NO LONGER RELEVANT TO ITS BUSINESS INTERESTS.

The Medics and Providers Forum on the Site is a platform to connect EMTs to EMS providers. Listed below are the rules of use, we hope will be a guide to help users/member of this forum achieve the vision of the group:
1. No racial, sexist, vulgar or divisive communication, shared via video, audio, webpage or links, that makes any individual or group to feel uncomfortable, will be allowed on the Blog or on the Site.
2. Advertisement of any nature not relating to EMS and services in the EMS industry will not be allowed on the Blog. Advertisements are subject to approval of Provider at its sole discretion.
3. Membership in the Blog will be authorized by Provider at its sole discretion and shall be limited to professionals within the EMS industry (i.e. operators and medics) except Admin and IT users.
4. Graphic pictures, texts, video and audio of any nature, (except events in the EMS Field and for educational purposes) will not be allowed in the threads and are subject to removal at any time at the sole discretion of Provider.
5. All posts, including but not limited to, video, audio and images shall be conducted in English. Posts may be allowed in Spanish if accompanied by complete and accurate translations. All other posts, communications, audio, video, or images conducted in any other language must contain complete and accurate translations to the English language. All posts are subject to removal at the sole discretion of Provider.
